Thank you for your interest in our Girl Scout Camps. To apply for a job, choose one of the three options below.
(NOTE: Non-US Citizens please read this before continuing.)

Option 1: Apply Online

To complete forms online, enter all information then click on the Submit Data button on the page. Once submitted, you will be presented with a screen containing links to the other documents that need to be filled out. If there is an error with the form submission, please email us the text that is presented on the error page.

Complete online the Resident Camp Staff Application. Remember to postal mail copies of your certifications.
Complete online criminal background check (required)
Print 3 copies of the reference form. Please sign the reference forms and distribute them to three of the four persons you listed as references. Give references stamped and addressed envelopes to mail their forms directly to Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana, PO Box 32335, Louisville, KY 40232.

Option 2: Print Application Forms

Print a copy of the Resident Camp Staff Application.
Print a copy of the criminal background check (required)

Complete forms and mail with copies of your certifications to Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana, attn: Camping Administrator, PO Box 32335, Louisville, KY 40232.

Option 3: Request Hard Copy of Application

E-mail the camp administrator, and request an application packet to be postal-mailed to you. Be sure to include your name and mailing address.

Non-US Citizens: We do hire international staff for Pennyroyal and Bear Creek because we value the ways in which diverse cultural backgrounds enrich our camp communities. However, because VISA applications and work permits are difficult for us to obtain for these international counselors, we ONLY hire non-US citizens through international camp counseling agencies. If you are not a US citizen and are looking for a camp job, please do not apply directly with Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. Try going through an agency like the following:
